French Door Refrigerator With Ice Maker Review

This fridge is a great choice, despite the small blip. It features a large freezer compartment that is not common for counter-depth french door fridge door fridges. It also has a large capacity for frozen food compared to other models.

Inside the fridge, you'll find 17 shelves and compartments. The fridge compartment has 18.5 cubic feet, which is standard for a French-door fridge at this price. It has a decent-sized icemaker in the left door. However, it's not the largest one I've seen.

You can alter the shelves in both compartments to create a customized storage layout for whatever you have to store. The interior design of the GE PYE22PYNFS is also attractive. They're easy to open and close, however I found their plastic textured coatings to be a bit hard on the fingers.

The GE PGE29BYTFS Smart Refrigerator comes with all the features you'd expect from a refrigerator within this price range. This includes Wi-Fi, app support and GE's SmartHQ Software. The app is available for iOS and Android devices and lets you control your refrigerator from any place across the globe. It also has numerous options for customizing. It also alerts you when a door is left open, when your fridge or freezer is in need of defrosting, and when it's time to change the filter.

It would be nice if GE PYE22PYNFS came with Precise Fill it's an option in a handful of other GE refrigerators that allows you to set the number of cups of water you'd like to pour out at a time. It does have a countdown feature on the fridge's display to display how much water have remaining, but that's not as helpful as Precise Fill.

Bosch Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator

The Bosch French-door Refrigerator is a striking piece. It's designed to appear like it's a seamless component of your kitchen. The fridge uses fingerprint-resistant stainless steel, which is a great feature for busy households. It also boasts a veggie compartment to keep vegetables and fruits fresher for longer and dual compressors to ensure the best food preservation. The ice maker we tested was one of the most efficient and makes an ice pyramid with only a little water. This refrigerator is the ideal option for households with a single member or kitchenettes that want an integrated look and top of the line food preservation.

This refrigerator was the highest-rated refrigerator in our Refrigerators test, for several reasons. The temperature of the freezer remained constant at just above 0° Fahrenheit and never fluctuated more than a fraction - this is crucial to avoid freezing burn. The fridge section of the fridge also performed well, reaching the desired temperature for initial set within an hour and maintaining the temperature constant over the course of our tests.

Bosch is known for its high-end appliances. The LG Counter-Depth MAX is a good option for those looking to combine the advantages of a fridge with a french door integrated fridge door with a more efficient layout. Its capacity is above average for a counter-depth model and it cools well and has a nice layout. It's also a bit less than the best counter-depth refrigerator with an ice maker, which can make it a desirable choice.

Frigidaire Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator

This Frigidaire French door refrigerator is a great choice for those looking for a French-door fridge that won't break the budget. It's a basic design that's not as striking visually like some of the competitors but it does have enough features to make it a solid pick. Its most important feature is the adjustable temperature drawer which helps keep food items like meat and vegetables fresher for longer. It also comes with a large water and ice maker dispenser.

The "Chill Drawer", which is located above the two crisper bins, is a excellent feature. The drawer lets you redirect some of your fridge's cooling power to this area so that you can store foods which need extra attention.
