It can be a bit difficult to test as there are various pins on the connector, and they all have different functions. 2. Injectors
Yesterday, when i was accelerating to the fullest speed from highway paytoll, i experienced an abrupt drop in power like the engine is out of gas or the injectors are not firing anymore. I took out the spark plugs this morning, three were drenched in gasoline and the 4th was dry. When i crank the engine without sparks i put tissue on the top of each of the injector holes, the 3 drenched with gazoline leap out, however the 4th stays closed. I tried to test the ground connections of ECU pins 14,30, and 48/55. I got 0ohm. Therefore, i think the issue is in another place.
I also tried to reset PID without success. The car will start when the G28 is unplugged, and it is running fine with the G28 connected. However the intermittent misfire issue still occurs at higher RPM. The coolant sensor (G62), even if it is not plugged in, shows temperatures of -49c. I also noticed that the oil gauge in the cockpit shows 2 bars but the actual pressure is 0.
I'm not sure what to do, as i believe that i've ruled out everything else. I'm worried that i might have missed something. If anyone has suggestions, please share them! TIA!
